Deep Blue has the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've had screw down crown issues with 2 of my Deep Blues. On watch I sent to New York to have it fixed. Cost me $1,300.00 and took a year.
So I guess what I'm saying is. Don't buy Deep Blue watches, because if you ever need customer service, for get it. They are a joke!
