Hi, we are glad to hear that [redacted] trace department has located the package and had it rerouted to you after we had taken the initiative on your behalf to notify themthat you have stated in your complaint that you had not received it, and they had it marked as delivered to your door a few days prior to updating this complaintI am sorry that the markers have fallen off again, I am not certain how that could have happened, as we had it checked and tested prior to shipping it outWe have repaired it for you at no charge even though your warranty has expired in July of We are not able to take this watch back for a refund as it is well past the day money back guarantee (watch was purchased on July *, 2014), It was also past the year warranty period ( expired July *, 2015) for free repairs, however we have repaired it at no cost as a courtesy to youIf you would like to send us some pictures of the watch with the missing markers we can have QC look into it for you Best,Sam

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The material is falling off again because it seems to be stickers of some sort. Also, the delivery of the package was not a problem it was actually the time frame of the watch being fixed and returned. I have plenty of emails tracking the amount of time it has taken for the repairs and what was explained to me. The repairs were well over the 10-week time frame indicated by you and once the watch was received it is basically in the same shape prior to you guys fixing it. You can refund me the $350 dollars or replace the watch with a same or equal value timepiece. Last but not least it's suppose to have a 2- year warranty as indicated on paperwork. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. Sincerely, [redacted]

Deep Blue Watches are nice, until you need customer service, warranty, or parts then your screwed! I'm a collector of watches. I've had 3 problems with 3 of my watches. On two of them, I needed a new Screw Down Crown. They told me they'd sell me the parts. Long story short total BS! They say all kinds of stuff and deliver nothing. They stop communicating with you and your on your own. Anyone thinking of buying a Deep Blue Watch, I strongly advise against it.

Hi,
The watch in question is no longer in production and we do not have a comparable replacement to offerWe have checked with our factories / suppliers and unfortunately, as explained to the customer, the part needed is not available
1em;">As a result, we would gladly accept the watch back for a credit based on the fair market value

Hi,As the customer has stated, his watchmaker opened the watch which has voided the warranty on the product. As discussed in a conversation with the customer, his watchmaker had not sealed the case-back properly, and had not secured the battery terminal cover, which has caused a short in the...

movement.I explained that we will have a new movement placed in the watch, and will try to get it covered under the warranty; although he had voided the warranty when his watchmaker opened the unit in the first place (and seemingly caused the damage to the movement).I have not had any incoming correspondence from the customer via email or phone call / message since. Once the repair is complete, we will contact him, as discussed in the conversation referenced above. Please feel free to contact me if further explanation is needed.[redacted]
