[redacted] did stop by our office and spoke with our Assistant General Manager about an art piece that had fallen and was damagedShe never mentioned reimbursement for repairs, only that an irreplaceable art piece she made had been damagedAn email was sent out to all residents in her building on November 10th that stated several reminders about siding replacement including “remember to remove any valuable items from walls to prevent damage.” I have a copy of this email if necessaryMy AGM apologized for the damage and had a conversation with our contractor about her other concernsAfter receiving a letter from the Revdex.com I called [redacted] to attempt to resolve the issueI had to leave a message and my call has not been returnedIt is not our policy to replace resident personal belongings in the event that they are damaged, our lease highly recommends renter’s insurance to cover personal property in apartments.Regards, [redacted] General Manager

Though I am still upset, I understand that an email was sent as a warningI don't have any records of the email on my computer and have had many previous problems receiving emails from the apartment as is, but in the end, my complaint is with the contractorsI am not happy with their work and I will not be renewing my lease next year because of my dissatisfaction; however, I don't see that there is much use continuing with my complaint so I will withdraw itI apologize for the inconvenience Regards, [redacted]
