I was so impressed with this company! The owner was prompt and did everything he promised to do. He used a machine that kept the saw dust to a minimum which was a huge plus. In fact, we didn't get any dust from the sanding at all. Joe was quick to answer any questions that I had. He was patient as I had him walk through the process with me a couple of times. I am so pleased with my new sanded, stained, sealed and finished floors! I would recommend him to anyone thinking of refinishing their wood floors. He is very knowledgeable and does what he promises!

Joe was wonderful to work with - prompt and reliable. He repaired a damaged area of floor, and refinished all of our wood floors after a major leak. My husband and I found him to be honest and trustworthy. We decided to go with Deep Reflections because they were listed on Bona's website as a Bona certified professional, then looked at reviews of his work which were all very positive. Other companies we had come out, didn't know what product I wanted to use - Joe's knowledge about what I wanted and how to achieve that - in the best way was superior. His pricing was fair. Scheduling was flexible, and he worked very hard to help fit our job in when we needed it done and had to be out of the home for other contractors to work as well. This is Joe's company and he takes pride in his work. He knows his craft, and the quality of product he uses is very good. The wood flooring that he had to replace was of better quality than what was originally installed in our home. He is a very hard worker and made sure to answer questions and communicate throughout the process. When work was complete, he made sure we were satisfied and returned to make sure we were happy. When I asked him to touch up a few spots he didn't even "bat an eyelash." He was extremely professional and came back as promised to take care of the things that were important to us. We are very happy with our floors. It was such a relief to work with someone dependable, kind and professional, that really takes ownership of their craft. Thanks Joe!!!

Deep Reflections did a great job on my floors. We had a consultation beforehand where everything was explained. They were courteous and professional. Prompt and flexible on scheduling. They did follow-up work to make sure everything was just how I wanted it. And the price was fair. Also, NO DUST! I'm amazed how clean it was. The last people I used made a mess. 5 stars for sure!

Joe is the best in the business. He is a true artisan and does immaculate work. We used Deep Reflections 10 years ago to install our original hardwood flooring. It has held up beautifully. Unfortunately, it was damaged by a hot water heater leak, and has recently had to be completely replaced. Of course, we used Joe again. The flooring is gorgeous, and every detail of the sanding, staining, and finishing was done to perfection...again. Joe gives you candid advice, without being pushy, and will help you make good choices from a wide array of alternatives. You can get a lot of bids, and some may be lower, but you will not get any higher quality work and product from anyone.

My floors look great. This is the second time *** from Deep Reflections has installed new custom hardwood floors in my home. The first time was 9 years ago, and they look almost the same as the new floors that were just installed. I would highly recommend their professional, courteous, and dust free sanding and finishing.
