I am very sorry that you needed to go through the Revdex.com to resolve your concerns and that you had this experience with our chips. I tried to phone you upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com and unfortunately I received a “not in service recording”. I’m hoping by reaching out via email we will connect.   I would be very happy to replace the 2 cases of chips for you. Would you be able to send me the flavor(s) of chips that were stale/soft? I was hoping you might of retained some of the bags of chips. If you did, could you please send me the Best by Date and Lot & Time Stamp Codes (beneath the date), as well as, how many ounces were in the bags? This information allows us to look into the specific manufacturing run. Please verify your address and phone number for me to send the replacement product to.   Again I am sorry for you experience with our chips.
