Hello, Thank you for contacting us about this unfortunate matterWe seek to resolve this unique matter as well, foster a mutual understanding of what actually occurred and find a mutually agreeable outcomeOur understanding is that [redacted] is requesting a refund for her jewelry purchased because she is under the impression that it was not the high quality jewelry she believed she was buyingThe jewelry she received is in fact the very highest quality jewelry in the World, made in the USA, Implant Grade Commercially Pure Titanium, MSDS code [redacted] ***There has never been a recorded reaction to this material, everIt is the same material used by the medical industry for any time of surgical implants and in use around the World by the highest quality body piercing studios, as well the highest recommended jewelry type and material by the Association of Professional PiercersThis metal is completely inert (non-reactionary) and suitable for even the most sever allergiesWe uphold the most strict and highest level standards; we recognize that [redacted] had a difficult heal, however if it was the jewelry, this is the very instance in history of this occurringWe do not say that this jewelry is the best because we carry itWe carry it because it is the best qualityThere are many factors that impact the healing of a piercing once it leaves the studio, as I explained the attached letter that was sent to [redacted] after she contacted usThe jewelry was not the issuePlease do note that [redacted] first contacted us on april 18th, over a week after she submitted a complaint to your officeWe have not offered [redacted] a refund because the claim is incorrect; indeed she did receive the best quality jewelry as Ryan statedWhat is done with it after the client leaves our studio is out of our hands and we cannot be held liable for itWe truly care about all our client’s piercing experiences and their experiences with body art, so we will refund her the $in hopes that we can salvage her experience and move forwardWe take great care in our jewelry selection and services and hope that this is now clearly reflectedThe refund is to brighten the experience overall, even though the jewelry was indeed the very highest quality possiblePlease let me know if any additional information would be helpful or if there are any questions.Sincerely,Kat W [redacted] , Co-Owner Deep Roots

Hello, Thank you for contacting us about this unfortunate matterWe seek to resolve this matter with mutual understanding and respect for our client and artistOur understanding is that *** would like a $refund for her tattooAs stated in our Tattoo Deposit Contract that *** signed “the
final cost of [the] tattoo may vary from the estimate given at the time of the consultation”When Stephanie talked with *** about the adjustments that would need to be made in order for the new tattoo to completely cover the old one Stephanie informed *** that the total cost would end up being higher than the $she had originally quotedWhen *** brought up her limited fuds for the day Stephanie then offered to fully refund ***’s $deposit, *** decline the refund offer and decided to go forwarded with the tattooStephanie did not complete the entire cover up that day in order to accommodate ***’s budget restrictionStephanie is more than happy to continue the cover up and can discuss any adjustments that might need to be made to the designWe understand the client had the appointment on her calendar at 3:but it was booked on ours for 4:and it was not clear on which the error was madeOperating off of our calendar, Stephanie realized early on that she was running behind and she asked Kody to let *** know there would be a delayTo our best recollection, a phone call was made before *** arrived at 3:and a message was leftIf this message failed to be received, we do sincerely apologizeWe were trying to keep all parties abreast of the status in timingThank you for your understanding in the delayed response I have recently moved in to the General Manger Position while continuing to work at three locations and have been trying to ensure that I had all the information pertaining to the situationPlease let me know if any additional information would be helpful or if there are any questions
