We are no longer in business and currently in Bankruptcy proceedings.  While we do not feel as though the window was our mistake and we followed the manufacturers installation instructions we do plan to pay the 200 bill.  However we have been under extreme financial hardship and have not...

been able to date.

Our experience with this construction company was a complete fiasco! The contractor, David S[redacted], did not in any way live up to his contract. Work was supposed to be completed in 90 days. When it was not completed, we renegotiated a completion date that S[redacted] selected. It was still not completed. We had an event planned for the building where he was working and by the extended date, we had no idea how to proceed. All we got from him was one excuse after another - he didn't show up when he agreed, did very shoddy work, and took no responsibility for his lack of follow-through. We decided to cut our loses, terminate S[redacted]'s services and have the work finished by another company.
When the other company came to give us an estimate, they said the work S[redacted] had done was so poorly done that they had to have the company owner come to give us a bid. Long story short, we had to have dry wall torn out, plumbing 90% replaced and a huge mess to clean up. While S[redacted] was working with us, he sent 2 high school boys on some work release program come to install dry wall - unsupervised. They wore no masks, didn't have on gloves and didn't complete what they were supposed to do. We asked due to liability that they not return. We gave S[redacted] several financial draws and it was clear he did not know how to manage his time or money. His drywall person, who did a decent job, was very slow and we are thinking it had to do with the fact he was not being paid by S[redacted].
We checked the Revdex.com before hiring him and saw he had a A+ rating - DO NOT BE FOOLED by this rating - it should be an F-. Do not under any circumstances hire this contractor!!!
