He called again Aug 4, saying that he hasn't received his refundWe explained to him that
we haven't received the returned package but he didn't want to listen to anything we had to say and said he would go to Revdex.com if we don't process the refund within hours

My request to Deep Sea Nutrition was that they refund the money they took out of our bank accountThough it took almost months to get the refund, they finally did so, and to that extent I am satisfiedAs to "how to operate a business" this company needs to review a standard business plan which includes "don't be deceitful"
