me assure you I do not run a scheme through my parking enforcement services. I run a legitimate business enforcing parking policy that the property management as outlined within resident lease agreements. All residents sign contracts stating they understand that they are responsible to inform all guest of parking procedures. I understand that you had not previously had an issue while visiting your father at this property. Unfortunately, as we cannot be on the property at all times, not incurring prior infractions for parking improperly cannot be used as the status quo for all future parking enforcement A letter was sent to all residents outlining the parking rules when my company initially took on executing these services at this location back in December 2016. Upon entering the property’s parking lot there is one 18 x 24 sign that states parking is by permit only and to park in marked stalls. It also states that all unmarked lanes are fire lanes and that these rules are enforced 24 hours per day. The signs also indicate the fees associated with removal of the boot. Upon entering the property and discovering your vehicles parked on the curb I booted them as I would have booted any one. It is best practice to treat and enforce all parking infractions equally. I felt it was necessary to reach out to you as a business owner who is simply executing the job that was agreed upon between my company and the property management company to ensure that they residents on site have adequate parking that is available to all. I will take your recommendations to heart and run them by the property owners, however, we are not operating our business with malintent. I do have an audio recording of your father admitting that he told you to not park on the unmarked curb. I would be more than happy to attach it to and send in a separate email. Thank you,
