financed. First proof is the MV-82 with the Lein # and Lein Name which was sent to OMV on time of registration. Second proof is a contract signed by [redacted] that shows all her information and vehicle information and all payment terms and amounts. These two documents which the repo company had shown her. Also I attached a copy of her payment schedule and copy of reciepts to show all payments that were made on this vehicle. Regarding the previous vehicle she had we have a copy of New York State Inspection and I never heard of insurance company paying for any repair like she stated on her complaint. Also I will attach a copy of the first vehicle payed off by her insurance company due to a accident that happened. And if she did have a bad experience with her first vehicle why did she come back for a second vehicle. Thank you Auto Hunter Inc.
Revdex.com spoke to Samy at business and the following was relayed: I did speak to the [redacted] a few minutes ago. There was no mention of paying off the vehicle in full. He was given the amount that is due to catch up the payments. If they want to pay the full amount of $3685 for the total payoff, I am willing to hold the car until the first week of January. If they want to catch up the payments to current which is $1025 today and by next week $1120, then I will hold the car for one more week. They need to let me know right away.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I have received this message and I would need till the second week of January to pay the 3,700.00 As I would need to have a check that will be processed that week and my school check which would pay the car in full and allow me to reregister and insurance for the since these were taken off after you took the car. This is added cost that I will have to redo. I have no issues paying the amount as I bought this for My fiancé [redacted] because she has a child with disabilities. He has many services and things that he cannot live without and this has hinder him as a person with disabilities. So the everything will be paid in full as of January 13, 2017.
