This is a horrible management company!!! They charge poverty stricken families double security deposits plus first month rent only to throw you out two months after they have gotten your moneyThey are not fond of African Americans at all! They charge you money for turning in a maintence requestThey try not to provide you with receipts so you can't keep track of your business! Also the person who shows you a home is not the same person that handles your paymentsThey are very rude please do not deal with this company!
