Deep South Plumbing

Review: Deep South was hired to install an irrigation system and to grade and landscape front and back yards. The landscaping and irrigation systems were substandard. Despite a purported warranty issued by Deep South, they failed to compensate me for the remedial work needed to correct their substandard deficiencies.Simply put, their work was shoddy and required a substantial amount (cost and time) of work to repair their inferior product. They are not reliable and do very poor work.Desired Settlement: I sent Deep South a bill for the cost of the remedial work needed to bring the product up to standard. They have not responded. The amount is owed is $3,607.50.

Review: Company did some concrete work and fill and sod work that was less than satisfactory. He promised to return to fertilize and check the new sod and I haven't been able to get him to return my phone calls for over a week now. He was my regular grass cutter, but now the grass is getting high and I'm going to have to find a new man to come and fertilize and cut.The concrete work was substandard and we made an agreement for a satisfactory solution for us both, but now he has pulled off the job before he completed cleanup, etc.RickDesired Settlement: Paid extra for clean up behind shed and he hasn't returned.$250
