I hired Deep South Roofing to install new roofing material over my garage and another flat roof area over my houseI also paid to have some clay tile repaired that had significant leaksSince that work, I have had several leaks develop over the old part of the roofSome of the areas are in the same location that Deep South Roofing had repairedI called *** and was told their tile man had left the companyThey didn't have the ability to fix clay tile anymore but would try to work with meI called and asked for them to come look at the leaksNo one came.After trying to get *** to call me back, I called the main office and spoke with *** told me he couldn't continue to chase old leaks that develop on my roofI explained these leaks are in the same location I paid them to fixI told him I would not ask for them again after they fixed these repairsHe agreed to come out on 11/and try to fix themHe didn't show upI left numerous messages and have even reached *** by phone and was told they would call me backThe didn't call backI paid several thousand dollars for the work and still have leaks in some of the areas where they repaired my roofI understand I have an old roof and it develops other leaksI don't understand why they will not follow up my calls and why they have told me more than once they would come out to look at the leaks and not show up or call

I was thrilled with Deep South RoofingMy experience was overwhelmingly positiveI called in a panic because I found out that I needed a new roof on Sunday in order to close on my house on Friday*** was able to take my phone call, send somebody out to do a quote and have the roof completed by Wednesday, despite having several other projects going onThe roof looks fantastic and was very competitively quotedI couldn't believe how well he worked with me and cannot thank him enough for getting the roof done within my strict time constraints

After some checking and research, I called Deep South Roofing for a third estimate to replace my roof and I spoke with the owner, [redacted]. He was able to reach his right-hand man [redacted], who happened to be checking on one of their jobs not too far from my location. [redacted] was actually able to come by my house that same afternoon. He took careful measurements and then we sat down to discuss my needs and how the process would work. His estimate was in-line with the others, he answered all of my questions, gave us a written estimate and a sample board of the Owens Corning shingle available colors. Before he left, we shook hands and he told me that he would appreciate my business, (I liked that he asked). I had narrowed my color choices down to two. From the little 2 inch sample squares it's a little hard to see the big picture. The next day, [redacted] stopped by the supplier and brought a full sample of each color for me, which greatly helped to make the final decision.
The roofing crew of 9 or 10 showed up, on time, as scheduled. [redacted] was onsite to get things started and then off and on throughout the entire day until completion around 7pm. [redacted] also came to the jobsite during the day. I was very comfortable that they were keeping hands-on with the project. They cleaned the site up beyond my expectations. We were not able to do a final walk-around inspection, because it was getting dark so, [redacted] came back the next morning to look things over with us and collected payment at that time. I am 100% completely satisfied with the job they did as well as the company as a whole and I have no doubt that they stand behind their work. They are very pleasant and professional people to work with! Do not hesitate to contact them for your roofing project(s)!

I have talked with Mr. [redacted] several times.  He did contact me about the drip edge and I told him we would put it on when we were doing another house in the area.  He contacted me about the buckling of the decking on a voicemail and I was out of town.  I did tell him that I would call...

him Monday and swing by.  I didn't get back in town until Tuesday and I let him know I would be by Wednesday between 10&11, which I did.  Upon arrival at the house I noticed the buckling seem to be a foundation issue and not a roofing issue.  Mr. [redacted] told me he would get a foundation man out there to look at it and let me know.
