I called for emergency service on a Saturday and received a prompt reply and serviceI had sewage backup into my basement, and work was started immediately to repairThey worked with my insurance company, were on time and on budge (troy was in charge of my job)I was kept in the loop on all developments and progress and was very impressed with the work quality and professionalism I would recommend in a heartbeat

Frustrating experience! Had to stay on top of the project manager from the very beginning with DAILY calls/textsWork was slow to startWe had a deadline for completion - project manager knew this from beginningAssured us it would be completed in time"No problem!"
He didn't order the correct sized cabinetsDidn't discover that until the day they were to be installed - days before deadlineIn order to get the ones needed, it would be another weeks for them to arrive! I agreed to accept a lower quality cabinet in order to meet deadlineWhile they look good, I (!) notice the difference!
He didn't order enough carpetDidn't discover that until day of installation - days before deadlineAdditional carpet wasn't going to arrive until after deadline!
We had to postpone our trip due to the PM not working efficiently!! While he is a nice person, nice doesn't get the job doneFinished product DOES look good
If I hadn't stayed on top of PM, it would have been MONTHS!

Terrible experience - AVOID - I would avoid this company at all costs. Very unresponsive to start the project, even after approved by insurance. Let's just say I had the insurance check for three weeks before they bothered to "start work". When they finally did show up to start the project the individual that came to my house argued with me about money, how the estimate was low and he was getting short changed (again) by the company so would not start work on my house. It took two voicemails and three days for anyone to call me back and when they did offered me nothing acceptable besides asking me to take off work so they could send someone else to work on my project or refunding my money. Refund because yes they charged me before work even started. Avoid avoid avoid is all I can say.

My mother who is 85 years old hired Con-CO at the recommendation of Roto-Rooter to repair some work done to resolve a flooding in her basement. it involved some drywall repair and carpet replacement. While they were prompt in getting an estimator out and asking for the first payment it took a month to get the crew there to start work. They were not prompt at arriving on days they were to perform work and some days never showed up with no call to let her know they were not showing up. After 2 months of slow work, for the final work, cleaning up, re-hanging doors, installing socket covers, etc. they did not show up show up for two appointments. As Mom had other plans and could not sit at home waiting for them to show up she told them to not show up and we would complete the work. They sent her a Certificate Of Completion to sign and asked for the complete 3rd and last payment even though they did not finish the work. Do not let them work for your elderly parents or grandparents!!!!

CONCO sent [redacted] half skilled workers to my home in 2014 and now they stil have yet to install my vanity which I have payed for almost a year ago. We have had to hire a handyman service to fix what conco recked take it from me do not use them if your insurance reccomends them 80909
