I will summarize the current issue in the below time line:October the side splash issue was identified as missing I understand it was there originally however the homeowner made material selections and this wasn’t identifiedWe installed the vanity and placed the order for the side splash the
side splash was on back orderNovember home owner inspected project November homeowners sent the itemized punch list I identified this to *** (Owner of *** *** ***) Asked for him to contact the home owner for resolutionI was told that contact was made via Phone conversation and coordination’s were made to handle the punch list once the side splash had arrived.*** received the side splash on the 2nd week of January attempted to install *** attempted to complete punch list and install on the 23rd of January lock box had no key in itNo Contact until Revdex.com Complaint was filed I assumed all was well as My Company not been called or any initial complaint about being nonresponsive to her emailWe made the assumption she had been coordinated with due to no second emails or negative feedback about not replyingText sent to the home owner on January Stating: “Side splash came off back order, new transitions are in as well, can be there in the morning to complete punch list”Response: “Out of TownReply: “Let me know when I can gain access to complete, Give me a date and I will be there, Thank You Cam”Response: NoneSee Attachments as supporting documents for the above and below statements I offered to bring her materials if she didn’t want us to complete the job.(see attached Text)I also offered to fix the issue if she would like Mrs*** has dollars I can bring the materials back and she can use another contractor if she prefers the is more than enough for the punch as we can supply the materials that have already purchased

Troy - Arrived back in *** last evening.  I inspected the completed work in my basement and found several incomplete items that I need to address with you before making a final payment.  I have added eight photos below  with an explanation of the problem and am cc'ing this email to *** with *** also.  I hope that these items can be corrected in a timely fashion so that this project can be finished once and for all.  Please contact me asap so we can schedule the work.  Photo - corner at base of stairs has been trashed and needs to be repaired and paintedPhoto - Edging going from hall to utility has not been installedPhoto - Edging isn't even close to matching the flooring, edging into bedroom is oak and                matches well........so why two different woods??Photo - In several places throughout the basement the molding is pulling away from the  

Revdex.com:Deep Water's response regarding being contacted by *** to complete work is incorrect. I have never received any communication (email, text or phone call) from ***No key was left for him since I was never informed that he was coming to my home to do the work. I have no idea who *** is, never met him, spoke to him, or heard of his company (*** *** ***). Why Deep Water had to wait months for a small piece of granite to arrive before they could complete all the other items on the punch list is beyond meOnce again very poor service from Deep Water.I accept Deep Water's offer to deliver to me any and all supplies I have already paid for. I will not pay any additional money to Deep Water over and above what they have already received

[redacted] attempted to deliver the product however he thought he was to put them inside using the lock box. I was our fault I didn't relay the message about leaving the items outside. They will be delivered today within the next few hours

[redacted]Your last emailed stated that this complaint has been satisfied.  It has not........   Deep Water agreed to return all the supplies I had paid for on 3/9 between 12 noon and 2pm.  To date nothing has been returned to me.  This complaint has not be satisfied.  Once again Deep Water failed to meet their commitment to their customers.  Please advise as to Revdex.com's efforts going forward.-- [redacted]   [redacted]

The material the have been purchased will be delivered toe the [redacted] residence on 3/9/18 between 12 and 2pm if that's acceptable
