Egerton Roofing replaced the roof on our home after a hail storm I checked multiple references before contracting them to replace my roof and received positive feedback from everyone I contacted I can highly recommend them for roofing jobs for the following reasons: They are courteous They treated my home like it was theirs They were prompt After replacing the roof, I only found a single roofing nail in the yard They clean up after themselves exceptionally well They are a Preferred Owens Corning Roofing Contractor As a side note, the owner, MrEgerton, came to my home to observe the employees accomplishing the work and made it a point to meet and spend time talking with me I appreciate a contractor who treats me as a neighbor as well as a customer

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on September 6, 2017 and discussed the charges.  During that conversation, I agreed to make some revisions to the charges and email Mr. [redacted] the same.  I also agreed to send Mr. [redacted] the photos that were taken of the items/damages.  I requested that Mr. [redacted] respond to me via email or telephone if the revisions were acceptable.    The emails were sent at approximately 4:58 pm on September 6, 2017.  I revised his Final Account Statement accordingly by adjusting some of the charges.  The original Final Account Statement went from Mr. [redacted] owing a balance to Deer Creek Apartments to Mr. [redacted] receiving a refund of $94.  Please note that Mr. [redacted] received the details of the adjustments in the September 6th email as well as the photos. To date, Mr. [redacted] has not responded.   Thank You. Nicole I[redacted]Regional Operations Manager 14300 Ridge RoadNorth Royalton, Ohio 44133Phone:  [redacted]Fax:  [redacted]

My sister and brother inlaw asked my husband and I to hire a good roofing company to replace the roof on their 110 year old home. With the age and historical standing in the Raeford community, we were selective on who we chose. The first meeting with [redacted], we knew that he was the man to choose. Being a roofer himself, he understood everything that needed to be done. He helped us choose the right colors and shingle to compliment the home. We have been so pleased (my sister and brother inlaw) that we would highly recomend his company to any one that askes.
PS His crew were so efficient and clean. A great 3 day job!

My son and daughter-in-law had a limb fall onto their roof during this last really damaging ice-storm. Luckily they called Egerton Roofing when they realized they had a hole in their roof. Egerton fixed the roof, immediately, but chose not to charge them, a family of five with very little ones. The manager said he didn't feel comfortable charging them for fixing damage that was beyond anyone's control. An unhappy incident of misfortune attended to by the whole-hearted kindness of Egerton Roofing.

I hired Egerton Roofing after having my roof damaged in a hail storm. When Steve came over to do his initial inspection I asked if he would replace a boot around one of my plumbing vent pipes while he was up there. He did that free of charge. After submitting my claim with my insurance company, they didn't want to replace the roof due to being 20 years old, it had 40 year shingles. Steve worked with me and met with every inspector and engineer to ensure they saw the damage he saw. Once the insurance company approved he worked with us to find the right color. The team that came to the house was top notch. The men were respectful, clean and worked fast. It took three days for them to complete the project. They even replaced the roof on my well house, no labor charge, using remaining supplies from the house. They cleaned up every evening when the left so we could use our yard. After their final clean up the you couldn't tell they were there. My house is landscaped with a lot of shrubs and flowers, I didn't lose any in the process. These guys are awesome, thank you. I worked as a roofer in my younger years. Watching them work I knew I hired the right guys. They knew what they were doing. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. A++ in my book.

I absolutely love it here! I have lived her for about 6 months now and I have had nothing but a great expierience. The application process, move in and on have gone smoothly. I had a few minor service request and they were handled promptly by[redacted] and the ladies in the office are great. I highly reccomend it here.
