In or about September of 2016, the personnel at Deer Creek Car Wash broke my interior door handle and then attempted to hide the broken item in my center console The cost to repair the item was $ I spoke with the manager of the business, "***," after filing a complaint form who said she would resolve the matter with the business When I did not hear from her or another representative, I sent two letters with a copy of my paid receipt for the repair However, I have never received a response or remuneration despite my numerous attempts to contact the business over the past months
