Deer Creek Village Apartments

I recently wrote a negative comment regarding deer creek village and the manager Annette. I felt problems in the apt were being ignored. After a long talk with Ms. Annette, I realized the one day I tried to bring issues to her attention was one of her busiest days, in a lot of respects, at the complex. She was very understanding regarding my situation ,which was a stressful day for me and I do agree I have responsibility in not coming to a good resolution. Ms. Annette was concerned that I had not brought some of the complaints I had to her attention sooner, so they could be dealt with in a timely matter. The complex is older and does have issues that need to be tended to but management is more than willing to be understanding and helpful. Ms. Vanessa is a true delight and also very helpful.
