While we disagree with the complaint, we have removed the reporting to [redacted] as a gesture of good faith There has never been any reporting to a credit reporting agency

I had a free checking and savings account with this credit unionSomeone stole my purse and got account holder of my card account holder used it while I was banking with themI went through the fraud department and was doing everything that was asked of me when I got a call from a woman who said she was the branch managerThis woman belittled me, said if I couldn't keep a dollar in my account I didn't deserve one and stated she would be closing my account and charging it offI reported that person to Deerie Valley and because she is a higher up manager nothing was done or even investigatedSince this occurred I have not been able to open another credit union on banking account because of what she put on my credit report and in the banking system they use to determine eligibility I know that because of managers at other banks turning me down and telling me why while humiliating me for something I had no control over when someone stole my cardI have also called the branch sev

Review: We applied for a home loan for $140k. We provided all required financial data. We were given a good Faith estimate for 140k.. We were required to pay $400 for an appraisal. Our home appraised at $241k. @60k more than expected in the original good faith estimate. That was in our favor. After our out of pocket expense for appraisal we recieved a counter offer for @85k. This is unethical. Ultimately, we were told that our financial info was incorrect. I would have never paid $400 for an appraisal if they would have done their due diligence with our financials. In summary, if Deer Valley applied due diligence regarding our income, the Good Faith Estimate would have been adjusted before we paid $400 for an appraisal. Lastly, we applied for loan in April and counter offer was in mid June. There was plenty of time to properly review our financials. In fact, they did a hard credit check twice on us individually due to their negligence in reviewing loan in an untimely matter. So not only am I out $400 for appraisal, my credit score has been severely compromised . I would have never followed thru with appraisal if we had known the true amount they were going to offer. I know a Good Faith estimate can change...but almost 50 percent? It's borderline criminal if you ask me.Desired Settlement: Refund for my out of pocket expense for appraisal.

I recently financed a vehicle through this credit union and I have never delt with a business that made me feel like I owed money to a loan shark. I have never been delinquent on a payment nor gave any indication that my payment was not going to be settled. This representative calls with no professionalism or customer service demanding to know when I will make my payment, using phrases and words that resemble a shake down. There is a grace period in place for a reason, life happens and sometimes things don't get done that day, that hour or that second. I will be refinancing my vehicle elsewhere where the customer service is more professional and the institution cares for its customers business. This business clearly needs its employees to take a refresher on professionalism and customer service.
