I phoned Deer Valley w/an emergency general plumbing issue The man on the phone was very pleasent & professional The Service Technician arrived @ my home quickly (so quickly, that I still hadn't finished clearing out the area yet) He told me his name was Jerry & how could he help I told him the issue we were experiencing & after a few questions; he went right to work He remedied the problem (promptly & effectively) I asked, (since he was already there) could he look at a few other plumming issues we were experiencing & what the parts would cost me I allowed him to continue (somewhat concerned about the total repair bill; Plummers can be very expensive) When the job was complete he gave me the total and I was pleasently suprisedI would recommend Deer Valley Plumbing to anyone who has been "taken to the cleaners" by a plummer in the past I would call them again for all my plumbing needs

Five Star service all around from when making appointment to arriving on time to being informative and providing excellent repair I had four items that needed to be fixed and Bill was flawless as well as professional In fact, due to Bill's service, I intend to have additional work done after the holidays Excellent service and quality repair

Deer Valley Plumbing was prompt to schedule my job, arrived on time (actually ahead of scheduled time) and Eric S*** did the job in reasonable time It was a leak from a copper pipe that comes out from the wall He checked it to make sure there is no more leak after he finished I will not hesitate to recommend him, or Deer Valley Plumbing to anybody

Deer Valley Plumbing was really responsive to our situation. We had a water heater installed by them in September and then left town. When we came back our water was cloudy and had white grit in it. They came out to see if anything was a result of the new water heater immediately. It was not the water heater and they explained what might have caused the issue and did not bill for the visit.

These days we thought that the kind of service you don't see anymore. I would suggest this company to anyone.

I called Thurs. afternoon,I had just broke off my hot water valve, under the kitchen sink. My wife had cleaned up a water leak from said area most of the early afternoon. I called Deer Valley, they said they could help me early the next morning.However, while taking my info, they were able to help within the hour!
