miscommunications after reading the complaint that we needed to clear up. He has agreed to paint his shed, fix the shed door, add white mini blinds to all windows, paint the deck, cut and trim the grass weekly so we don't have too and pay off the rental account balance. We have agreed to allow him to continue his lease with us on a month to month basis as long as he does the above agreed upon items. This matter is resolved and both parties were satisfied and happy at the finish of the meeting. Thank you for providing Mr. [redacted] an avenue to express his questions since originally he didn't feel comfortable to come directly to our office.
