? ? Dear *** ***We again apologize for any confusion by *** ***.? The promotional offer he is referring to, is not fraudulent or an attempt to deceive as mentioned in the complaintThis is a legitimate sweepstakes promotion that produces real winners.? ? The promotion *** *** viewed is made available to millions of online recipients through a number of our marketing partners? As with all promotions, in order to participate a user must meet the eligibility requirements.? ? In this case, as will all of our promotions, the rules and terms of participation are available prior to any submission.? This promotion in particular is open to new FreeLotto members only, as clearly stated within the promotions rules“ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least years or older and not already be a member of FreeLotto.”? While *** *** is claiming that this information is only available after he attempted to submit an entry is not the case.? Despite the eligibility requirements available to him prior to any submission, there are safe guards in place ensure that users not meeting the eligibility requirements are precluded from entry and notified of their ineligibility? ? In this case, as we have previously provided, *** *** was an existing FreeLotto member and was notified immediately that he was not eligible to participate? There was no attempt to deceive him or any other participant Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail at *** ?

[redacted] The information we provided in our initial response to this complaint was valid and still remains correct. As previously stated, [redacted] received a scam email that purports to be sent from FreeLotto. The email he received, and attached as proof of his complaint was not sent by FreeLotto.com nor associated to our Company or any sweepstakes that we offer. As is common with these email scams, the Freelotto name is often used to lend legitimacy in an attempt to get unsuspecting users to part with personal information under the guise that they have won a prize. The email address and postal information provided with [redacted]’s original complaint did not match any record of having been a FreeLotto member. This latest response includes new information that allowed us to locate two (2) prior FreeLotto accounts. The first account associated to [redacted]registered on October **, 2006 and was deactivated on February *, 2007. The second account [redacted] referenced here registered to FreeLotto on February **, 2010 and was deactivated on March **, 2013. Additionally, with the new account information provided, we have located correspondence between [redacted] and our Customer service department from June *, 2016, in which we advised [redacted] that he had no currently valid FreeLotto accounts and was not a winner of any of the FreeLotto sweepstakes games. As a prior FreeLotto member [redacted] is surely aware that one must play our daily sweepstakes games in order to be eligible to win. We have no record of any entries since 3/**/2013 and can confirm that during his time as an active member that [redacted] has never won any prize from the FreeLotto games. While we can see now that [redacted] was indeed a prior FreeLotto member and was familiar with our games, it truly is unfortunate that he has fallen victim to this scam. We understand that the only response [redacted] is hoping to receive is that he has won the prize detailed in the scam email he received, however, it is sadly not the case for him or any other victim of this type of Fraud. We hope that this sufficiently addressed this matter. Should you have any further questions, please contact [redacted]. Thank you, Sonia R[redacted] PlasmaNet, Inc.

[redacted]Dear [redacted], We are in receipt of your most recent inquiry regarding [redacted]. Our records indicate that [redacted] signed up to FreeLotto on 04/**/2015 and has not won any...
prizes to date. In order to win a prize from FreeLotto, a user must play the FreeLotto games and their entry must match the numbers drawn for that particular prize and date. For further information on how to play and win, please refer to theOfficial FreeLotto Rules, [redacted].The email [redacted] received is not a win notification and did not state that he has won any prizes. The email he received is a reminder and notification of the prizes that are eligible to be won should he submit the winning numbers in accordance with the official rules of FreeLotto, either by using the optional F.A.S.T. service or by playing at [redacted]. Additionally, [redacted] further stated that he was not received any response from FreeLotto, however, our records confirm that he received a reply via email from our customer service department providing clarification on how to play and win the FreeLotto games and advising him that he was not a winner.
