On 26 March 2016 I paid $260 for a pair of martial arts knives to [redacted] Martial Arts through his site www.[redacted]I was billed through my [redacted], and I paid that bill. These knives are 'made to order', so I expected perhaps a couple of weeks to a month, at most, to have them delivered. It`s now the middle of JUNE and I have not received them. Attempts to track the packages have been unsuccessful (that would require some details from Mr. [redacted]), and though I have left 5 voice messages on his cell phone, as well as having sent two emails via his site, I have received no product, nor even the courtesy of a follow up call or message from Mr. [redacted]. The shop responds quickly before purchase if you're seeking for information. After my purchase they went silent and never responded to my e-mails.Firstly I connected with the shop in the end of November. I was interested one of their martial arts stuff and they responded a few days later that they can ship it to me and about the prices. On 05/12/2015 I paid 353 USD by transaction (It contains the price of the stuff and the shipping cost). I got an e-mail back, that the transaction approved. After that I had a question so I wrote another mail at the same date. No answer came back to me, so I wrote another mail on 11/12/2015 about the order is OK? I got no answer again. I tried to be patient, because in the shop's website it is written that delivery time is around 6-10 weeks but after 7 weeks of silence I wrote another mail on 19/01/2016 that nobody responded me and is everything OK with the ordering? No answer again. I've started to search more info about the shop and I've found that I'm not the only one with this kind of problem so I wrote another e-mail on 21/01/2016 that if I don't get any response back I'll contact with you (Revdex.com) so here I am (because nobody responded to me), but as you can see I waited this long because now the 10 weeks are passed.Desired SettlementResponse to my mails and send the stuff to me, or pay back the money.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted], OwnerContact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]@gmail.comI acknowledge this customer's complaint and accept full responsibility. I received the purchase order in December and an initial email a few days later inquiring about shipping times. Then, unfortunately, this customer's emails along with others were missed due to my using of a new inbox email app designed to streamline my emails.I have since deleted the app and am catching up on missed correspondence. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. My resolution is that the order will be shipped on this coming Monday, February 22nd, and will include a complimentary pair of wooden deer horn knives intended for martial arts practice and 50% off of any future order of a new set of knives. I do hope that this resolves the issue and again, my apologies for the length of time between communications. Consumer Response I accept the resolution, the offer and the apology of the shop. About that was an issue too, but you have helped me to fix it, so thank you.The arrived good is OK for me, but it's a cheaper one, so the shop owe me 56$. I wrote e-mails to solve the issue, there was one answer on 12th of April, which told me, to wait he will figure out something so I had waited. I sent another mail on the 25th of April and 17 of May about the refund, but no answer arrived at all. Just refund me the 56$ difference.
