The complaint [redacted] , opened regarding Crawford Waterproofing has been resolved They finally returned, retrenched around the entire basement perimeter, laid piping and gravel, and covered with concrete It looks like the job was done correctly this time Thank you [redacted] and [redacted]
Mr [redacted] stated the work has been delayed because one of his employees has been in the hospital for several weeks He stated he will have someone at your house Friday, October at am to complete the work
We are responding to the matter of a customer saying we shrunk their sons suit pants. We dry cleaned the pants the same as we do all other suit pants. When the customer brought them back he claimed that they were
smaller. There was not a label in them to say what size they were to be for us to measure. We feel we did nothing wrong. We would like the customer to bring in the identical pair of pants to measure the difference. Thank you, Sara D*** Deering Cleaners 317-356-
