This order was placed by the customer in with no mention that they were matching a prior order Our machinery was reconfigured in as a manufacturing necessity The product is exactly the same; only the endmatching ends are reversed I spoke with this home owner on 8/22/16, (the same day they called me) and explained that the most they would need to do was cut the end off one board and then continue on with the installation as the products would then match up without issue The homeowner indicated he had installed it in a staggered pattern rather than one row at a time as would be industry standard, therefore he would have boards to cut in order to continue his installation I am unaware of how they actually installed this product as I have not been to the site There is no defect in this material
