I performed a service that requires a skilled technician and he has to be compensated for his time ! The disturber was told of the repair was heExpecting us to work forFree! Not real sure but of course not surely! No body in a professional business works for free!

Obviously, I wouldn't expect anyone to work for free. You have to pay your employees. What I cannot understand is the fact that you expected me to pay for a mistake your employee made. That is not my responsibility. It is the business's responsibility to take liability for any mistakes its employees make. Your employee made a mistake, and I was erroneously asked--even expected--to pay for it. Now, I expect a refund. This review will remain here, on the Revdex.com's website, until I get one. This is how you lose customers. I used to be very loyal to the previous owner of the business, even though I didn't know him very well, because he did great work and he was fair. I don't know you or your employees, but I know several people who have stopped using your services over the past couple years (since the business has been under new management/ownership), and I suppose I have learned my lesson the hard way.Thank you.

THE CUSTOMER WAS AWARE OF THE COST BEFORE WE REMOVED THE BROKE KEY. KEYS BRAKE ALL THE TIME. NOT THE STORE RESPONIBILTY TO REPLACE. WE TAKE CARE OF AALL OUR CUSTOMERS CARS AS WE WOULD OUR OWN. STAND BEHIND OUR WORK 100%. THANKS [redacted]

I was charged for removal of the key, even though a charge was not assessed prior to removal. I had no way of knowing I would be charged, short of asking, but I did not feel the need to ask because it seemed unreasonable to me that I would be charged for removal. Fact is: an employee broke the key lug. The least the business could've done was offered to remove it, free of charge—which is what I anticipated when I agreed to have it removed. To my surprise, a fee was assessed after removal. In fact, the "post-removal fee" was even about $15 more expensive than the cost of having my tires rotated. $15 is a lot of money to some people, especially when the fee is assessed after the fact. I'd greatly appreciate a refund.
