Review: My car was leaking anti-freeze on December *, 2014, my uncle recommended Dee's transmissions. I went there to repair my car. He said I will have to change the water pump, it will cost $1,137.30 to fix my water pump on a 2007 dodge charger. I agreed. He said the car will be fixed the next day. I go the next day and he says, Monday. I go Monday, I pick up the car, PAY IN FULL and my check engine light comes on. I take the car back and he checks it out and says, they put the wrong water pump on the car, they will have to get a new one. I go back the next day and then he says, someone changed my engine, they put a 2008 engine in my 2007 car. I informed him that I bought the car brand new there is no way someone would change my engine. He then says that dodge did not have the part that day to come back tomorrow. I get there the next day and he said the car will be ready by the end of the day, it wasn't ready. I go the next day, my car is running, but making a loud rattling noise. I asked what the problem was, he said it will go away. He told me to drive it and it will go away, it didn't I took the car back. he then tells me its the tensioner, I'll get the car back the next day, I go there the next day and the car isn't being serviced, I then tell the him that he is inconveniencing me because I have a child that I have to take to school everyday, and everyday since I don't have my car, I've been taking public transportation or cab service. He then starts cursing at me and yelling. I called the cops. the cops told him to be finished the car by the next day, it wasn't done. I asked for my car and a refund he refused. he told me he would get the part early Monday. Today I called him he starts cursing at me over the telephone and kept hanging up every time I try to get a word in. then after a while wouldn't answer the phone. I still have no car. He keeps lying telling me my car would be fixed. I'm spending extra money to just get around with my son, it's cold outside. (He=the [redacted], [redacted])Desired Settlement: I don't trust that he will fix my car properly when I do receive it. He has no customer service and neither does his employee [redacted], who was cursing in my mother's face. I would like something back, I've been using public transportation for over a week now. My son has to trek to school in the cold.
