Very disappointed in the serviceI looked and found rat and mouse droppingsCalled and was told they would send someone to do a full inspection for $and they would also look for entry points where vermin were enteringPerson came and saw dropping and confirmed they were rat and mouse droppings (which I knew) but did nothing else Person went to truck and wrote out quote based on size of our homeThere was NO outside inspection and we were told cost to repair entry points would be almost $and that this was needed before trapping Was also told there was evidence of lots of vermin
I was builder and knew that there were not many places vermin could enter and asked how quote was made and was told that quote was always just based on size estimates
The $ for inspection I was told could come off any work I had done in future although this was not in contract I got after inspection I filled in two entry holes under eaves myself plus plugged an air vent and that work took about minutes Amazed that a company would dare to charge almost $for work I could do in minutes and also charge $for just writing up such an inflated quote
I still called company to come and now trap vermin since I expected the inspection fee to be deducted from $cost to trap and remove vermin Later I saw that other companies give free quotes and not giving my name called company and said that other companies gave free quotes and was told I would also get a free inspection
The people who came to remove vermin were good but only trapped mice and one told me that looking at droppings there was probably not many vermin
I complained that I was charged the full $to remove vermin and was told they would not refund the "inspection fee" Overall I believe this company overcharges and exploits customers and is not honest in what they do and say
