Tow company claimed to be called by State Police to remove our disabled vehicle However we informed the bridge authority spoke with memdorectly and was told that we had already called *** for tow Services and they indicated that this was okay
When this tow truck showed up I asked if they were with *** and not only did the driver indicate that he WAS with *** he even went so far as to ask memofninjad the mile tow coverage or the mile coverage I told him I had mile coverage with $per mile after that
He proceeded to load my vehicle on his flat bed
The vehicle was not brought directly to my home but when it did arrive we were told the cost was $- $for the hook up and $per mile x miles - AMD theyynonky accepted CASH or ***
Mind you we are still under the impression he was the *** driver because he identified himself to both myself and my year old son
We called his office and the woman who was not even present told us that he told

This is absolutely a company that must be complaint for bringing too many inconveniences to consumersI claimed through *** for towing my car from the parking lot to a repair shop, it was Friday right around 11am, this towing company would not tow my car but made the reservation for monday at 3pm? what kind company dose that? Therefore I had to waste dollars more on parking feeI could stand for thatAfter all these, I'm waiting for *** to issue me the check, the only thing that has been holding the process is this Defalco would not send the actual towing bill or invoice to ***Without this bill, *** has no way to calculate the actual number for my checkI called in Defalco, their attitude was really badThere was this finance lady who said that they tow cars everyday, there is no way for her to finish the invoice within weeksNow I waited for a month already since the tow, they still have not send *** the invoiceI just cannot let this company keep screwin

Review: My Vintage 1965 Trailer was towed by DeFalco in the early morning hours on Tuesday February 17. I immediately called DeFalco and was told that I can pick up the trailer but I would have to pay cash only. After paying in full just hours after it was towed, the office manager took me to the trailer for my car to hook up and remove. It was at that time that I discovered that the right side of my trailers tail light was destroyed as well as the fiberglass housing/body around it. In amazement I asked her how that happened and she would not answer but simply turned around, ignored my question and walked back to her office. My receipt for payment stated nothing about the condition of the trailer upon pick up. In shock I proceeded to pull my trailer out. Ten minutes later and while driving away I gathered my thoughts and called her to discuss the damage. Her response to me was even more shocking as her only response to my questioning how this damage happened was that it is a junky old trailer anyway. I immediately asked to speak with her manager or owner. She said that her manager or owner was not in but she promised that he would call me to discuss this matter the next day. When I asked for that persons name, she replied, they will tell you their name when they call you and hung up. I called again the next day and left a message in asking for a call back to discuss. Since then and to this date I still have not been contacted back. I proceeded to mail a quote and letter to DeFalco to repair the damage that they caused and sent that US Mail Registered Return Receipt. The letter was "refused to be signed for" by DeFalco's Towing and was returned to me by the USPS two week's later.Desired Settlement: My 1965 trailer was in vintage condition and I have photos which prove as such. It is very hard to find a body shop that will fix it to its condition prior to the tow as even the tail light (of which was destroyed) was original. A new trailer of this size would cost just under $2,000. That said my offer to DeFalco was a cash settlement of $850 in addition to the $330.05 that I was billed for the tow.
