First - In Cuyahoga county the sales tax is 8%.Our POS system was set up at 8%. Masala tea was sale in open container. The customer should be charged total $2.15. ($1.99 + tax). Then customer add sugar as needed. Customer doesn't any any clue about sales tax.Regards
