Shady horrible companyNot only does it have the worst customer service when you're trying to reach someone for help or clarifications on some things but the gentleman that was sent to our home from ADT was a used car salesmanWe called ADT to transfer service from one house to our new house this gentleman showed up made us sign a new 2-year contract making us believe that it would just start over from that date with ADT come to find out he made us sign a new 2-year contract counseling the one at our old house there for resulting in a $early termination fee when we thought we were transferring services from one home to the new homeTrying to deal with these people is extremely frustrating I cannot believe the level of ignorance when you call to try to speak to customer serviceOne lady was so rude I use the word ghetto attitude and hung up on meWhen I called back I spoke to a gentleman who seemed to be in his eighties and didn't understand anything I was sayingStill to this day nothing has been resolvedVery misleading company do not use them at all stay away from them using fraud to get people to sign contracts
