After they installed Defender Pro on our computer we were unable to access the internetI made three callers to them and left messages to call but they never didI had to get a computer repair man to fix my computer

This happened to me. Was given the buy now and unlimited help, when needed. Now they won't answer their phone. My computer works terribly. Have to wait endlessly for updates and then something pops up and says there is a problem with update and it cant't be installed. Then I wait needlessly for it to be uninstalled. Sooo frustrating!!!

Review: Since the installation of Defender Pro on my computer, the performance of my machine has been greatly diminished by a regular stream of issues pertaining to my printers, exaggerated claims of malware and other matters that appear developed within the Defender Pro as part of its sales image. To top that off, after attempting several times to contact Defender Pro, I now find that my efforts are rewarded with a sales talk about a free cruise or other giveaways. These sales talks are impenetrable. It is impossible to actually talk to a real person about my complaints. I now wish to simply remove Defender Pro from my machine. I have a number of jobs I must complete, and Defender Pro simply is a huge distraction. Please help.Desired Settlement: I wish to have an amicable solution in which Defender Pro is removed from my computer and a refund of the monies spent. I note that I have been charged with something else (Simply ??) that I never signed up for.

Review: On 6/**/13 I purchased Defender-Pro antivirus software online from their website for 24.95 with my credit card. It did not download correctly so I contacted tech support right away. After several 1 hour long conversations with tech support they could not resolve the issue because they said it was out of their knowledge, but they could turn it to another department which would take a few days and cost me more money. So I asked for a refund do to the fact they could not fix the software and the tech went ahead and said no problem took my information and said I will get reimbursment. So the next day I went out and bought new virus software loaded it on my computer and it worked fine. I recieved my credit card statement and noticed that I never got reimbursted for 24.95. So I called defender pro on 8/**/13 and got transfered to the reimburstment department and talked to a guy named Thane he was very rude and ignorant towards me and said that I was out of the 30 day policy so I asked for a manager and he said there was none and he was the highest link. So I then reached out to tech support and talked to a guy named [redacted] which was a lot of help and understood the issue. He was able to look up the phone calles that I made on 6/** and ** and said that the tech that took my reimbursment request did not file it correctly and he no longer worked there. So he excaladed it to his manager but I just keep geting the same email from Thane saying im out of the 30 day return policy and that the software was loaded properly and if I had technical problems that tech support would fix them. I have recieved the same message 3 times!!! I no longer had defender pro on my computer I deleted it the day I was suppose to recieve the refund because I didnt want it wasting space so I could download my new software. I cannot seem to get the point across so I hope you can help me. All I want is my money back.

Review: IN 12/**/2014 I purchased an antivirus for my pc through defender pro ###-###-#### . I Payed 100.00 for this service . When I installed Defender pro on my pc I immediatly started having problems . so I called defender pro several times a week trying to get this problem resolved they assured me it was my computer and they could resolve these problems. The problems got worse I asked for a refund and they told me the purchase was non refundable, So I called hp paid them 129.00 for customer support and they did help me unistall defender pro my pc is running perfect thanks to hp .Ive called defender pro several times no one there will adress these problems they want to charge more for services that are not needed . Iwould like a full refund as I had to uninstall this product immediatly .Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund but the people at defender pro told me that was not possible . so for any other person who is looking for computer protection I would like for them to be aware of using this defender pro for their protection, im not so great of knowledge of a pc but 100.00 is a fortune to me . and I believe it is alot for alot of other families trying to do the right thing for their pc as well I appreciate any and all your help thank you [redacted]

Defender Pro Is pushed on to the customer assuring one-time discounts "if you buy now", pressure tactics, intimidation, disregarding the clients wishes. Scammers trying to sell you a scam that will destroy your computer. Good guy / Bad guy tactics used too. Do not sign up, do not call.

Review: I've purchased and activated the Defender Pro 15-in-1 Ultimate Security software December 2014. This specific program is to suppose to protect 5 computers for two years. The program was working well until today when I turned on my computer. The software notified me that the license has expired. It hasn't been a full year. I tried to contact them through online support, it states that their busy. I tried to call customer service, I was on hold for over an hour without any customer service representatives.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to replace my software with a updated version or a full refund.

Review: Approx 1.5 years ago I purchased the defender-Pro Virus Security protection program and had several minor issues with the software, loading properly, onto different computers. Approx. 6 months ago, I noticed that I could not use the internet, without being redirected to the Defender-Pro Web Site, to have my subscription renewed. As I was in a panic to utilize my internet service, to accomplish an required task, I renewed my subscription. I was under the understanding that All the same computers that had the licenses I purchased initially, up to five licenses were given but not all utilized, were to be updated with the new license information also. But after utilizing my Labtop, which I did not preform the license renewal subscription computer work on, I noted that I did not have protection on that computer, although I could use the internet, but with extreme interruptions in connection, seemingly due to something stopping my computer from providing continued service, so a person would have to renew a subscription. I attempted to contact the company without success, but not from the lack of trying. I have attempted countless phone calls and emails, live chat, all leading to the same results including, no response from anyone, phone connection hanging up at 1 min 7 seconds, or leave a email request.. Please help me to have them fix my program as their services states in the warranty. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like a fix to the problem, so I'm sure my computers are adequately protected.
