My husband and I were convinced by them to join their program in January of They made the offer into their program sound extremely helpfulThey told us they could eliminate our credit card debt and we would make a monthly payment to themThey were not truthful or forthcoming with any information in the sign up processOnly after making a couple payments to them did we figure out that our credit score was being horribly damagedBut not because they told us, but because one of our credit card statements showed our current credit scoreWhen confronted with questions and issues about the process, our caseworker was a complete iShe didn't know how to answer many of the questions we were askingShe was a scatterbrain and had a tough time returning emails we sent to herIt was impossible to get in contact with her via phoneOnce she even called and left a voice mail for me using the wrong clients names! Very unprofessional! Upon realizing this company was a scam, we went behind their backs and put a stop on the payments at our bankWhen I finally got in contact with them to tell them we were pulling out of the program, they seemed indifferentWe were just another number to themThe manager tried to get us to stay in the program by telling us that one of our creditors had decided to settleInteresting that this was not told to us previously, only when we are leaving the programScam! The bottom line is they will tell you what you want to hear, make you feel like they care about you as a client, and then drag your credit score to the lowest it can goWhatever they tell you, don't believe them

11months of paying these people 404 dollers a month to resolve credit card dept iwas canceled because of being laid off not only being canceled at the begining of december,they still took a payment at the end of dec. with out my permision I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it back.I also got sued by discover wich ihave to pay anyway.what happened to 3640 dollers igave these people,I should of filed bankrup.it would of been all over by now these people are terrible ,never again.

My Wife signed an agreement with them without my knowledge and I would not
have signed with an out of state firm. At first I was very skeptical and expected
the worst. They operate similar to a mortage company, as they collect their fees
first before building up your account balance to pay creditors. We were fully
assured that we would be debt free in two years, and were issued an amortization
schedule just like buying a house or car. They delivered on their promise and we
finished two months earlier than promised which saved us a lot of money.

At first it didn't seem like they were doing much for us but they held our creditors
at bay while we built up our account with enough capitol to start negotating
settlements. Any harrassing calls were reported to them and they put a stop
to them. One creditor filed a lawsuit and they hired a local lawyer to represent
me at no additional cost!

Their staff is made up of Para-Legals who consult with Lawyers about the same as
Nurses who cousult with Doctors. You will be assigned a case worker who is your
contact My experience with all law firms is they are hard to contact by phone
but our e-mail contact was great which also allowed me to store records of our
conversations.

Most of the negative reviews I read were people in the early stages of the program
and they didn't understand what was transpiring, they expected immediate results.

I think they did a wonderful job of helping us out of a difficult situation and would
reccomend them.
