Defiant Audio

Review: I ordered a custom made amplifier cover from Defiant Audio on 7/24/2014 and paid a $200 deposit. [redacted], the owner, stated that he would have the cover done before September, 2014 in time for my car show. That did not happen. I also left my vehicle's rear hatch cover with him for custom fitting. He stated he ran into issues with the inability to cut a "VW" logo into the top metal plate. He then wanted to switch the metal plate to wood (which I agreed to just to get the job done asap).

As of today 5/13/2015, I have still not received my amplifier cover or my rear hatch cover back. I have called the shop countless times for [redacted] to get the job done. Every time he promised to call me (even scheduling me into his computerized schedule book), he never did. I have always been the one to call.Desired Settlement: Finish the job and give me my amp cover and rear hatch cover back. No further payment should be required due to the excessive delay and lack of communication.
