Definition Plumbing

The owner of this company, ***, seemed like a trustworthy guy in the beginning of this major plumbing project, but during the project he did something while working on another job that caused him to have some issues with his plumbing license. He told me that these issues would impact his ability to pull the necessary permits. I had already paid him in full at this point and in order to pull the permit he said he would need to borrow $650 to give a "friend" of his to pull the permit for him. Come to find out his was able to pull the permit himself and when I asked him for the $650 he said he didn't have all of it because the bank took some of it for a fee. For months he kept promising to repay me, but he eventually stop returning my calls and disappeared on me. In addition to money situation for him to be a Master Plumber he did very sloppy work. He had a lot of leaks and I had to constantly check behind his work to point out leaks.
