Ms [redacted] was contacted by our office due to a past due account that was being held in our office for her not for a Mr [redacted] as she statesShe spoke with a representative in our office on July 27, and explained to that representative that she had filed for bankruptcyMs*** verified that information and the account was closedWe have not made any further contact with Ms [redacted] since that day until she reached out and spoke with Ms [redacted] and stated that she was not the correct individual we were looking to contactNo further contact will be made with this individual
