I would like to respond to a claim (ID # [redacted] that was submitted by Mrs [redacted] *** I have been working with Mr [redacted] to resolve his a water leak in his vehicleMr [redacted] and I had agreed to get the concern resolved the week of 04/11/ when I return from a conferenceWe have currently agreed that Defouw Chevrolet / BMW will refund the full amount of $for the repair we performed and that Mr [redacted] will reach out to the company that created the water leak while replacing the convertible top on his BMW and resolve the concern with the water leakGene [redacted] Service Manager Bill Defouw BMW
