I am rejecting this response because:complaint # [redacted] I had to wait for a nice day so I can have a clean truck and be able to transport my bike to load it so I could take pictures and show you all the damage and where the kickstand on my bike sits in my box so that you can understand it is not what caused the damage Plus when the kickstand is down and I have the bike tied down the kickstand don't really touch the box at all it's just there for a safety in case tie-down would breakI took pictures of the bed liner and I'm going to send themthe body shop tried only couple times to fix bed-liner but they only did little patch jobs, as you can see in my pictures I send you the body was not prepped right and day by day more and more keeps coming off or bubbling up, if you know what bed-liner fells like it should no be rubbery, it should be hard

Mr*** had a sprbed liner installed at our shop in March of 2015. He returned only twice to the shop to show us the issue he was havingHe told us that he had his motorcycle in the back of the truck when he went on a long trip and the kick stand was rubbing on the newly
installed bed linerThe kick stand rubbing would be similar to a knife rubbing, so of course it is going to rub throughThe only spot where he is having the issue is where the kick stand wasThis situation is not covered under the warranty and we gave him the suppliers contact information to discuss it with himWe’ve installed this brand of bed liner for years and have never had any issuesAgain, Mr*** can contact the supplier at 605-380-and discuss the issue with himIf it was a situation that the product was not installed properly there would be issues in more than one spot, and he’s never showed us anything other that just that spotThe next step would be to have the product representative come out and physically look at the issue and decide whether it is the product or misuse on his behalf
