Hi:
A) I was unable to request a refund within their Day warranty period because:
The product did not get to me until Days after I paid for it.While Defy kept saying they would help resolve all the problems -- and were, to their credit, able to help me correct mechanical issues -- the most critical noise issue was NEVER resolved. After more than Days, the gimbal was still defective and not fully functional. It is not rational to be expected to meet a refund deadline when the company keeps saying they will fix the product and fails to do so.B) While Defy offered "video support" via ***, I told them multiple times that I do not use a computer-cam, and do not use *** due to privacy and copyright issues.C) Defy offered to take back the G2x only AFTER I old them I wanted my money back, which, by the way, was days after sending them my moneyD) I am not keen to work any further with Defy because they often did not answer their phones, nor their phone messages, and often took at least weeks to respond to my e-mails.Summary: The short of this complaint is that, while they may have good intentions, their apparent lack of timely responses made it impossible to meet their return deadline, nor to desire further business interactions with them.I'd like my money back, and would love to return the G2x back to them, so they can fix it and sell it to someone else.***

The refund was declined due to failure to request a refund within the 15 days that is listed on our website. The customer declined video support calls to solve the issues he was experiencing with the product. We offered free return shipping multiple times to get the G2x back into our shop to make...

sure the G2x met our standard and functioned properly however the customer declined and simply stated he had issued a chargeback and did not want to put anymore time into the product.
