Well this company is attempting to do something illegal that's going to get them investigated by the federal government. I have until 04/05/23 to pay this or it goes on my credit report. This was made illegal on a federal level, so if they even try, I'm having a federal investigation launched in to their company and it's practices. Let me make this clear to them, they have 0 authority under U.S. laws to collect this debt and put it on credit reports. If it happens, a lawsuit for violating federal laws and Michigan state laws on collection of debt will happen and the proper federal and state entities will be involved. I want phone contact about this or letter of apology to my email or the address they sent the bill to before I decide to report them anyways. The account in question is 0110549344. They're based in Texas, sending letters from Oregon for a Michigan company about something that they themselves have no business trying to collect on, investigation is needed.

I made the unfortunate mistake of going to an emergency center who uses this company. They billed my insurance company twice for the same day, procedure, and amount. My insurance company paid the first claim received. They then sent me a bill for $932. I called my insurance company who told me my portion was $8.90. I called them. My insurance company called them. I got another bill and neither myself nor my insurance company could get anyone on the phone. I wrote down the check number of the check paid by my insurance company, the date they paid it, and the day it cleared on the payment coupon and sent it to them. I then got another bill for $932. I will ask before being treated if the hospital uses Degara and will go elsewhere if they do! It was not worth the headache!

Got a surprise bill from them a year after visiting the ER, don't even know who this company is or how to contact them. all the phone numbers on the bill are automated systems.

From what I can tell they are billing me for something that was already processed by Priority Health and my insurance company has confirmed they cannot balance bill me. Yet they are now trying to. I will be sure to never go to any hospital that lets Degara APP PPLC work there
