Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below As I stated in my original complaint there IS NO CONDO ASSOCIATIONThis policy was requested and paid for solely by myself and my ex-husbandThis was part of the issue when obtaining an insurance policyThe owners of the other unit refused to obtain a policy and/or pay for half of the policy in question and therefore I was forced to pay for it individuallyDegnan Insurance Agency was well aware of this fact as they had spoken to the owners of the other unit personallyHad the property not been sold when it came time for renewal of the policy I would once again be forced to pay for it individuallyDegnan Insurance agency would not be able to bill a non-existent associationThis is a clear cut case of requesting a policy, paying for it and then requesting to cancel it due to it no longer being neededI see this as no different than requesting my car insurance be cancelled after I have sold the vehicleI would not transfer my insurance policy to the new car ownerI am in no way attempting to circumvent or fraud any individual or companyDegnan Ins Agency has given me no legal reason they cannot call the insurance carrier and cancel this policy but instead continue to say I do not have the right to request the cancellationI see nothing stopping them as an agency from calling to have this policy canceledIt is of my opinion that they are favoring the owners of the other unit as those individuals hold another policy with Degnan InsuranceIn addition the title on the property in question was in both of our names, not just my ex-husband, and the loan on the property was solely in my nameAs I previously stated I would like the policy cancelled as of the date I first requested cancellation and my money refunded as of that date Regards, [redacted] ***
