The owner of DeGovanni Collision is on leave of absent, due to chemo and radiation therapy. It is not know at this time when and if he can return to work. This complaint will be submitted to him upon hisrecovery.

Review: Had my vehicle repaired at this body shop the paint job was the worst I have seen there were paint pops every where. The fender gap was not there it was pinned against the other panel. There was over 60 paint pops throughout the car. They damaged the taillight lenses, chipped the paint around the taillights, and on the inside of the doors around the moldings. Damaged the windshield trim. Took it back a second time and the same issues plus the wheel trim started falling off the car. They painted over the damage areas but did not correct any of the damage they have done previously and created more damage to the vehicle. This vehicle has only. 3700 miles and is not even a yr old. Insurance company got involved and car was taken to another body shop they have had my car for 1 month. They stated that DeGovanni's did not know what they where doing and we found internal problems that you as the owner could not see.in addition, they double charged for the repair & overcharged.Desired Settlement: Reimburse my deductible & my time for having to go through going back and forth with this shop. Wasting my time from work, having to wait for the rental car, the gas it took to resolve this issue. And being without my brand new vehicle for over a month
