I wish I could give negative Stars for this companyI would not suggest hiring this companyWe recently purchased a home in August We had DE HILL come out to do an inspection of the AC and Heating unitThey advised my husband and I that the Freon is leaking and that its a pinhole leak that they COULD NOT findThey proceeded to add pounds of Freon and told us that the unit was good to go! Just recently we noticed that the heat was not heating well so I called an unnamed source to come out to check it outHe said the Freon is still leaking and that he has located the leakWe told him that DE HILL came out to do the AC and Heating inspection before we bought the home and what work was doneHe was in shock that they did not repair the leak and that they added Freon to a leaking systemCome to find out, that is illegal and is posted on the EPA website as section of the Clean Air ActMy husband and I wanted to give DE HILL another chance to redeem themselvesMy husband called DE HILL and the receptionist, whom is not very nice, placed him on hold when he asked to speak to a managerShe got on the phone again and said she was the managerWhen my husband was talking to her he said " when you placed me on hold" She denied it was her and said it was someone else He asked her if there is anything she can do for usHe explained the situation in detail and also added the info about the EPAThe woman was very rude and said they DO NOT do refundsThey said they would come out but we would be chargedShe kept saying that the information about the EPA is not trueI wanted to for warn potential customers of this companyI will also be contacting the EPA in this matter as well, then maybe they will understand the laws and regulations
