nephew has nothing to do with this Deiter Construction needs to honor my year warranty I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved in days Jeremiah Deiter is a liar and I have all the pictures I need to continue my complaint against him What he said is unacceptable Does he think things cannot happen even AFTER the contract is signed?? He is a terrible business person and he needs investigated I will take this as far as I have to He just doesn't get it My warranty is not with my nephew.....my nephew had no permission from me to contact Deiter Deiter needs to be held accountable for his actions His "work guys" were inexperienced and were putting grout in ceramic tile with their finger!! Grout has already cracked in places, bump in carpet has gotten larger, shower door is still broken and he said that was because a wall was installed crooked Please investigate this guy and his "workers" None of them should have a license and I doubt he does He only worked in the office His business partners quit because of his unethical business practices Please continue with your investigation There are a multitude of issues found even after the contract was signed I threatened to cancel his final check because he was dragging his feet in completing tasks He acted like a blubbering baby and said his checks would bounce and he can't even get his subcontractors paid They were all complaining about him I paid $86,for this addition and HE needs to be held accountable Next steps please?Sincerely.*** ***

Review: D[redacted] Construction provided remodel services to our kitchen along with a new roof on our home and new fl[redacted]ing . They provided us with a 1 year warranty period from date of service completion. Entered into contract on 7/2/2013 with services completed 11/18/2013. We tried to make contact both by email and phone # with the business as well as owners Steven M[redacted] and Jeremiah D[redacted] on or around December 29th 2013 (within our warranty period) to correct issues we had with cabinets as well as the roof and flooring. No messages or emails have been returned to date. 1/5/2015. We are not sure if they are out of business or not. Both owners and the business still have active voice mails.Desired Settlement: We would like to have our outstanding issues repaired or a monetary value awarded for those repairs to be done by another contractor.

Service Tech was sent out on 1/12/15 to correct minor issues with kitchen, such as door spacing, eg. doors rub due to expansion as they are solid wood and do expand and contract with the changing seasons. New part was ordered for a transition strip between carpet and laminate flooring and will be installed soon. Deiter Construction LLC
