PURCHASE ONLINE WITH A REPUTABLE ONLINE COMPANY AND THEY WILL HONOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE! I will make sure that my complaint is submitted to all forms of social media and that doing poor business and horrible customer service will result in a much bigger loss Regards, [redacted]

While I understand the customer's frustration, I have to emphasize that the nature of this toy and our store does not allow us to handle and return products that may have been used on various sexual body parts This is the reason we test every single toy and also post in several locations that we have a strict no return policy These signs are posted at our cash registers and are at the bottom of our receipts We have followed the law that is posted on The Attorney Generals website The customer states that his product stopped working after two weeks and in another paragraph he wants to report us for selling products that do not work This product worked when he left the store I can't say what happened once he got it home or how he used it The manufacturer has agreed to replace his item and is consistent with most manufacturers will charge a shipping fee Again, I am sorry this customer is upset but most stores that sell items of a sexual nature have the same policy as we do

I actually asked the sales associate about the reliability of an item because of my dissatisfaction of my original purchase and was assured it was a reliable product.

Review: I purchased a personal massager that stopped working within two weeks of owning the product. Store posted a no return policy but the item is well within the 30 day guidelines of purchase. Talked with the manufacturer and they want me to return the item with me covering shipping costs. I do not want to pay an additional $15 to ship a new product to have a working one. All I asked for was a replacement. I was then told to call the store. I then called the store and they are not willing to exchange the item and rather me do a charge back. This is completely ridiculous to pay more money to have a working product within the 30 days of purchase. This store will not return an item and violates the State of California's consumer protection laws. I want to report this company on selling items that do not work and are not willing to do anything within 30 days to do a for a exact product replacement. I'm not asking for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want the store to change its posted No Exchange Policy and not violate the law in regards to consumers who purchase defective products. If they do not they need to be penalized and fined for violating the rights of consumers. I want my product changed!
