Dear Revdex.comThe buyer was asked of her age, prior of the purchase and had answered "16", indifferent to what is written in the complaintEven so, she was then asked if her parents are in the mall toothe buyer answered that she was in the mall with a "bunch of friends, and one mother that was
chaperoning them all! and that it's OK for her to buy, since all their parents gave them money to spend on themselves for the BLACK FRIDAY SALES!"Once sale had been purchased the mother chaperoning had gotten to the kiosk, and the year old showed the kit she had bought very satisfied and wished us happy holidayI must add, that the chaperoning mother saw and had no objectionsThey had left happily. only a while later the buyer came back wanting a refund, saying she wants the money to buy something elseshe was explained that as during the sale conversation she had already been told that there are no refunds!in addition on every receipts as hers it is written down in clear words."NO REFUNDSEXCHANGE ONLY.."Not alone that, but we have a sticker sign saying the same! After explaining this, the buyer which at this time came with around other friends of hers, mainly boys, she and they had started throwing things at the kiosk, screaming, and not allowing us to work!Within a short time, the buyers mother came to the kiosk yelling and demanding a refund. When she too was explained the terms, and was shown this written on the receipt, and was offered to exchange as she wishes, she cursed , scram, and called the seller " A ***!!"Then we requested her to speak to the security, since they were around because of what the teens were throwing before. *this all has been written down after a conversation with my employe with graditude, ***, *** ***

Review: My 13 year old daughter [redacted] was shopping with a friend and a friend's mother on Thursday, November **, 2014. She was approached and subsequently harrassed by the worker at the cart/kiosk in the Staten Island Mall. She was talked into purchasing the products at a buy one get one free price. She proceeded to do so but was not told prior to the finalization of the sale that there was no refunds, only exchanges. Had she known this, she would not have made the purchase. She called me for assistance and when I arrived at the mall and approached the cart, the very rude female worker, listed as Franceene on the receipt, proceeded to tell me that it was Black Friday and she didn't need to tell people ahead of time that it was a final sale. Additonally, there are was no signage anywhere on the cart/kiosk stating such conditions.

I have purchased many items/goods, both on Black Friday and any other normal shopping day, and all merchants have disclosed the conditions of the sale. I feel this woman took advantage of my young daughter by bullying her into the sale and withholding information regarding the availability of a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full cash refund int the amount of $54.44 for these products.

Review: I was given a demonstration of the nail kit by the sales person at the kiosk.the demo involved buffing of my nail, cuticle cream and hand lotion. It felt fine and my nail looked beautiful. Therefore, I decided to purchase a kit for myself, then I was asked two people who I would give this to I gave my sisters name and a close friend so I purchase two kits one for myself one for my sister and the young lady gave me a free kit. When I got home I was gonna get pizza,I WENT into my change purse to get money and my nailhad broken off about 1\2 inch I went back into my purse and there was the nail. When I told my sister. What happened, she said `` I hope you did not get me a kit, the kids got me one for mother's day and I did not like it.I think the buffer weakened my nail and the cuticle cream was no better than my Shea butter. Since it was a gift I kept so as not to hurt their feelings and there was no refund`` I made my purchase the day before Saturday and it was at 4:56 p.m. I'm went back to the kiosk on Sunday at about 1115 I was told there was no refund I can get face products I said no I have allergies and do not use anything on my face. she said no refund, let me call the manager he was unavailable I waited she tried to sell me the other product and tell me I hadn't used it long enough and I informed the young lady that I feel the buffing affected my nail because it look thinner than my other one now, I tried to show her the piece that broke off she said no I don't need to see the piece that broke off I said okay well I really don't need a hard sale I would just like my refund. She replied we don't give refunds do you understand I said yes I do and I said but it hasn't even been 24 hours yet. The manager never called so I gathered my bag with the 3 unopened kits and went to the Mall Customer Service desk ([redacted]) to lodge a complaint. [redacted] was very helpful I filled out the form and. [redacted] also e-mail ed the Leasing agent. As of this writing I have had no response.Desired Settlement: All I want is my $60.00, no other product. I do not want to give a gift that I would not use myself.

Review: Deju Vu tried to pressure me into paying more then the services ordered.Upon entering Deja Vu, I ordered and basic mani pedi at $35.00 each for my daughter and I. We got the mani pedi service; when I was to pay our bill, I was told my daughters service would be $45.00($10.00 more then I ordered). I had ordered the 35.00 for my daughter at the entrance. They wanted me to pay more then ordered. They asked my daughter to pay the extra, she does not have money. They threatened me to call the police If I did not pay the extra $10.00. I refused anyway, and payed what I had originally ordered as intended.Desired Settlement: Bad Business, My daughter and I did not leave the salon feeling revived by the service, but, instead left shaken by the horrible experience. I want $70.00 back, because of the way we were treated. My daughter and I will never go back there again.
