In response to the unfair complaint filed against us by Ms***, I can assure you our warranty department exchanged numerous phone calls and emails with Ms*** in hopes of resolving the issueOur company actually agreed to exchange a new piece of luggage for Ms*** as long as she ships
us back the damaged pieceOur last correspondence with Ms*** explained that she needs to pay the shipping fee for returning the luggage to us and we will ship her a new one, as stated very clearly on the warranty card that is attached to each piece of luggage soldThis instituted policy is common practice in our industry (travel goods/luggage)In addition to preventing and unwarranted returns do to third party mishandling, inability to remember lock combinations, and etc., returning damaging items allow us to improve on future collections through research and development. *** is confident in its fair handling of this case per the guidelines printed on our warrantyA copy of the warranty card is attached
