This is *** ***I'm writing you in regards to the complaint that we've gotten from the ***We've done what we could to make these people happyI'm not sure what I have to do at this point if you could point me in the right direction
I will write whatever report you are going to needThe fact is we had to manufacture come and look at their complaints they said they were within the parameters of their productThe door that they're complaining about was a free doorWe did not charge them for that doorAnd we give them money off of their job to make them happyThere are just some customers you can't make happy no matter what you doPlease let me know what I need to do from here

The job that we hired DeKalb County Door to do is still not finishedThe windows that have scratches are not buffed out like the manufacture rep told Mr*** to doThe window that does not latch still is not fixed or replacedThe door Mr*** says was free was NOT free it was part of the packageAnd now I am finding more things wrong ( I found that one windows metal flashing on the outside wrap is not glued or nailed in so it is coming loose)It is not like we are asking for our money backWe just want the job finishedThe window grids on the door have not been fully stained yetThe storm door was not reinstalled correctly so the window is coming apart from the frameThe outside kick plate below the door was damaged from the contractor prying against it and so it needs replaced also
Every time we had a time scheduled, we were put off so they could go finish another quick jobwe were always put on the back burnerI am getting quotes from other contractors to finish the job correctly and want DeKalb County Door to pay the bill for it since they cannot get it done right in a timely fashion
We paid *** to have a job done and it is still not done!!!!!
We have text messages from Mr*** that says "I'm not doing anything with the entry door it was freeAnd you turned me into the Revdex.com."
All we want and are asking for is the job we signed a contract with DeKalb County Door to be done and finished before the end of May or we will have to sue Mr*** and DeKalb County Door
When Mr*** did not respond to the Revdex.com we were advised to contact the Indiana Attorney GeneralWhich we did and advised us to contact a lawyer because Mr*** and/or DeKalb County Door did not respond
Mr*** does not conduct his business in a professional mannerLike I said in the first complaint I do have over picturesNow I have several text messages also
