My son went to them to get his teeth cleanedWe had to go somewhere else to get them fixedWhen it was time to get them cleaned again they told me my insurance wouldn't cover itmonths later they call me to tell me I am overdue for a cleaningI am very unhappy with the way I was treated with themI will not be going here or recommending them to anyone

I took my year old in and he was so scaredThey told him that if he doesn't cooperate then they'll have to refer him to a dentist in Chicago and they won't be so niceThey could only do one xray before he started freaking out again and we left, no cleaning done, just that one xrayThey billed *** for everything, cleaning, exam, and X-raysThey didn't write anything about him being uncooperative and told me I'm basically screwed on the whole thing

Exam rooms were not cleanSaw the dentist for all of a few minutesHygienist did a lazy job cleaning my teeth and was super rough when flossingMy son was also with me for a check up and cleaningIt was his first time at the dentist and they did a poor job giving him a good first time experienceWe will not be returning nor recommending this business

My year old experienced a dental emergency and had significant pain after a soccer injury on a SundayAfter several messages for the on call provider, we recieved no return call
The office is not clean and there is no room for mom to sit in exam room

I don't understand these reviews I've never had a problem Yes, they're often very busy Yes, the exam rooms are kind of small I've never seen them dirty I've been able to get my kids in quickly when needed The staff is very knowlegable and helpful in making sure I understand what my insurance will and will not cover I have never had an issue, and have nothing bad at all to say about DeKamore dental I'm very grateful to DeKamore dental for the good, quick work they've done on my children They've been patients for almost years, and we've never had an issue

I had the worst experience ever at this dentist office....all they want is your money and don't care about the patient.I had extreme pain which I had to leave work and see a dentist for relief went here and was treated like garbage.The woman dentist Jen I think wouldn't give me anything for pain but saw I had a lot of issues and prescribed antibioticsThis place is a joke..if u want to be treated less than human go here.I wouldn't take my dog here if they paid me

I have been a patient at Dekamore Dental for several yearsI am almost done with Treatment Plan that was signed and approved on March 28, As part of last items on the plan, I was scheduled to have a crown placed on a tooth that had a root canal done on it on June 26, This appointment was set for at least a month beforehandToday (6/23/17), I received a call from a Dekamore Dental representative who said that the company's "new policy" was to have all State of IL employees who have *** Dental insurance pay for their services upfront and get reimbursed after insurance paysThis policy was not announced anywhere and no notice was givenIn fact, I confirmed my appointment via email just a few days ago and only today received a call about the new policy
I spoke with the office manager who was not helpful and who said there was nothing they could do because the owner of Dekamore Dental decided to implement the policy immediatelyIn addition to that, they intend to cha
