Review: I am a dress designer who used Dekel Apparel as my "middle-man" to work with a factory in [redacted]. They were to correspond with the factory regarding the manufacturing of my dresses and were then to provide the dresses to me once they were completed. I paid Dekel the money via credit card (over $4,000) which they then supposedly wired to the factory. A few days later, when I was inquiring on the status of the dresses, I was copied on several emails from the factory that they sent to Dekel Apparel stating that they were scam artists and that they still owed the factory money for a previous transaction that had nothing to do with me. Dekel and the factory then dissolved their partnership and I was left with no dresses. I still have not received dresses from Dekel to this day yet they kept my $4,000+. I tried disputing the transaction through my credit card company but because my contract didn't provide a specific delivery date they stated that Dekel could still provide me with the dresses in the future. However, this was over 5 months ago and I have still not received anything from Dekel. I have tried emailing, calling, texting, etc. to get a hold of them and have them refund my money but they will not respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on my credit card. I am a small business owner who is just starting out and losing this amount of money is so detrimental to the success of my business. Please go after this company before they do this to anyone else. Review: Dekel Apparel Group states they are a third party logistic company that coordinates apparel production. I used Dekel Apparel Groups services to have factory samples produced of 13 custom apparel designs I hand made. The original apparel samples I produced were provided to Dekel for reproduction, I was quoted a fee for reproduction and given a turn around time of a about a week. I paid the money for these services on January 4th, 2013. Now a YEAR later after an exhaustive series of excuses I have not received the samples paid for, I have not had my original handmade samples returned nor have I been refunded the money paid. My number has been blocked by the company owner, [redacted] (AKA [redacted]). My emails are not answered.Desired Settlement: Refund of money paid for undelivered services and return of original hand made samples.

I spoke with the business and they stated that they send the samples overseas to a merchant and they have not received them back yet they are waiting for them to return. They also stated that they cannot refund the consumer's money because they use the consumers money to make the samples.
